Instead of allowing luxury mattress foam trimmings to become production waste, we intercept brand-new, never-used premium memory foam offcuts and transform them into a breathable regenerative filling core engineered for adaptive sleep comfort.

Artificial Indentation Technology™ is the adaptive filling system used inside the Anti-Allergy Sleep AI Pillow™.
The system is built around thousands of individually responsive shredded memory foam clusters engineered to continuously redistribute themselves throughout the night as pressure changes across the pillow surface.
Unlike traditional pillow fillings that remain static, flatten unevenly, or become dense over time, Artificial Indentation Technology™ creates intelligent micro-indentations throughout the pillow as the sleeper moves.

Surrounding the filling core is a precision circular-knitted outer fabric engineered to house the Artificial Indentation Technology™ system while improving softness, stretch responsiveness, and breathable surface comfort.
The pillow fabric itself also follows a regenerative material pathway.
Recovered plastic bottles are transformed into recycled poly yarn and then circular knitted into the breathable pillow shell used across the AI Pillow™ collection. This process helps divert plastic waste from landfill and marine pollution while creating a softer and more adaptive textile structure.
